Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Money Momentum Steward ("Steward") helps you plan debt payoff, spending, and savings. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials when you create an account, including when you sign in with Google.
- Financial information you enter: debts, bills, expenses, income, savings goals, payment history, and budget plans. All financial data in Steward is entered by you or imported from files you choose to upload.
- Support information: support tickets you submit, screenshots you attach, and diagnostic details you choose to send when reporting a problem.
Bank statement imports
- When you import a bank statement (CSV), the file is read in your browser so you can review each transaction before anything is saved. Only the transactions you approve are stored in your account. We do not connect to your bank or read your accounts directly.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: building your budget, payoff plans, forecasts, savings challenges, and coaching insights from the numbers you enter.
- To power the AI money coach: your financial context is used to answer your questions and plan with you. Conversations may be saved to your history so you can return to them.
- To provide support: when you ask for help, we use the details you provide to troubleshoot.
Support access you control
- You may grant time-limited (48-hour) support access so our team can view your account information to troubleshoot an issue. This access is read-only, expires automatically, can be revoked by you at any time, and every use is recorded.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal or financial information.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not access your bank accounts or move money. Steward records and plans; it never initiates transactions.
Data storage and security
- Your data is stored securely in our cloud backend with access controls that keep each person's records private to their own account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete your financial entries at any time.
- You can revoke support access at any time.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Changes to this policy
- If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a revised date.
