By creating an account or using Money Momentum Steward, you agree to these terms.

The service

Money Momentum Steward ("Steward") is a personal finance planning tool. It helps you record debts, bills, expenses, income, and savings goals; build payoff plans and forecasts; and get coaching insights from your own numbers.
Steward is a record-keeping and planning tool. It does not connect to your bank, move money, make payments, or initiate any financial transaction on your behalf.

Steward provides educational tools and general information, including AI-generated coaching. Nothing in the app is licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.
Projections (such as debt-free dates, interest savings, and savings growth) are estimates based on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. Actual results will differ.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Steward.

You own the financial information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import. Plans and insights are only as reliable as the information behind them.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access another person's account or data, no interfering with the service's operation, and no using the service for anything unlawful.
Support access you grant is time-limited, read-only, and revocable; abuse of support features may result in suspension.

We work to keep Steward available and improving, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steward and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made using the app's estimates, plans, or coaching.

If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
